Questions
What does tamper-evident mean?
Every saved entry includes a digital fingerprint (a hash) of the entry before it. If anything is changed afterwards, that entry's fingerprint and every one after it stop matching, and verification shows where the break is.
Can I edit a session after I save it?
No. You can add a correction, which is saved as a new entry showing what it replaced and why, or add a separate note under the record. The original stays exactly as you saved it.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Cancelling never deletes anything. Every client and session you've logged stays stored and viewable. Without a subscription you can't log new sessions until you resubscribe.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export a client's history, or just their flagged sessions, as a PDF or CSV. You can also back up everything at once from inside the app.
What if I forget my App Lock passcode?
App Lock encrypts your client names, conditions and session notes using a key made from your passcode, so nobody can read them without it. If you forget the passcode, you can reset it with your recovery key, if you created one. If you don't have it, you can start fresh. Your old records are kept in an archive, but they stay locked: you can only bring them back with your old passcode or recovery key. Your login and trainer profile aren't affected.
How do I delete my account and data?
Delete a client inside the app to remove just that client. To delete your whole account and every record on it, follow the steps on the delete account page.
