Change one word and the chain breaks

Edit the note on entry 2. Its saved hash stops matching, and so does every entry after it.

This is a simplified illustration of chained hashing, using real SHA-256 in your browser. In the app, a saved record can't be edited at all. A correction is added as a new entry showing what changed and why, and the original stays.
