When a client says it was your fault, what can you show them?

Most trainers keep their notes in a phone app, a spreadsheet or their head. Any of those can be changed afterwards, and none can prove when something was written. SessionProof is built for the day someone challenges what you did.

Here is how that day goes

A client says: "Three weeks ago you had me deadlifting with a sore back." You open that session. It shows when it was saved, the exercises and weights you logged, the note you made about their back and how you adjusted the work, and your client's own confirmation of the session. Nothing on it has been changed since, and you can run a check to prove it.

A claim can cost you more than the dispute

Even a claim you would win can cost you legal fees, a higher insurance premium, a gym's trust or a client's referrals. A record made on the day lets you answer it quickly and calmly.

Nobody can say you rewrote your notes

Every entry includes a digital fingerprint (a hash) of the one before it. Change any entry and verification shows exactly where the chain breaks. Corrections never overwrite anything. Each one is added as a new entry showing the old text, the new text and the reason.

Your client agreed at the time

At the end of a session your client confirms it on your phone. That confirmation is saved with the record, so it shows what they agreed that day, not what either of you remembers weeks later.

You can show that you asked

Keep each client's injury history and goals in their file, and note in every session how you adjusted the work. Each session is saved and locked with its timestamp, and any session you flag as an injury or concern can be pulled out on its own.

Your clients' health details stay private

With App Lock on, client names, conditions and session notes are encrypted with a key made from your passcode. A lost or borrowed phone doesn't expose them.

Ready when an insurer or lawyer asks

Export a client's full history, or just their flagged sessions, as a PDF or CSV. You don't have to rebuild anything from memory.

One dispute can cost you far more than a year of SessionProof. The yearly plan works out to about $10 a month.
